ORDERING



How to Order

Our products are available for purchase 24 hours a day through our online store.  Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button.  By clicking on the Add to Cart button, the site will automatically take you to our easy web-based system.  Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming Rodeo Jewelers’ acceptance of your offer which will give a summary of the goods ordered, a transaction reference number, payment and shipping details. 

Custom Orders

We occasionally can accommodate our customers’ requests to modify certain designs. This constitutes a special or custom order. There are more labor costs associated with a custom order, therefore, there is a nominal charge for custom orders. Also, on a custom order the delivery time can be a bit longer than a stock item. Custom orders are custom for you, the customer, and are non-returnable. You may email us for more information on customizing one of our designs.

PAYMENT


Pay using PayPal.  All major credit cards i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.  Purchases are charged to your credit card when your order is shipped.  When paying by credit card, your credit card information will be encrypted during transmission to protect your privacy.  To further protect our customers, Rodeo Jewelers’ offers a safe-shopping guarantee.

SALES TAX



Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. All orders that ship within California are subject to an 8.75% sales tax.

SHIPPING 

Rodeo Jewelers’ will take all necessary measures to make sure you get your order on time and at your full satisfaction.   All orders are shipped using UPS and are fully insured in transit.  Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from the time your order has been processed.

International Order

Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination.  International clients are responsible for any customs tax or duties.  Please note that Rodeo Jewelers’ reserves the right to refuse international shipping as per our discretion. In the likelihood that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

Shipment of Custom Orders

Although we do everything possible to deliver quickly, please be advised that it usually takes longer to process and send than standard orders. Consequently, will be delivering your custom order item as soon as they have been customized to your specifications.

Our average shipping costs are listed below. Exact pricing varies based on the weight of the package and the shipping address:

For your protection, we will always:

  • Insure and Register your diamond earrings for their full value.
  • We require that all deliveries be made to a physical address rather than a P.O. Box
  • We require a signature on all packages over $100.

Important Shipping Information:

If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. To protect our customers against fraud, when you order diamond stud earrings priced more than $1,000.00 to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.  If the alternate address is not on file, we will be unable to ship. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

RETURNS



Return Policy

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept its return within 30 days of your initial receipt for exchange, credit or refund.  Items must be in NEW CONDITION. We cannot accept items with have been worn, scratched, nicked, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered or damaged in any way.  Shipping, handling, insurance and other charges are not refundable.

Diamond & Jewelry Returns

Our experts upon receipt of your return package will visually inspect all diamonds and jewelry for any signs of wear and tear before issuing refunds, exchanges or credits.  All items must be unblemished and in original condition with the security tag still attached. Unless the item(s) being returned meet the above guidelines we cannot accept it for a refund or exchange.

Custom Orders

Custom made jewelry cannot be returned/refunded under any circumstances.  Rodeo Jewelers is not responsible for orders placed by customers for wrong sizes or any other information.   However, we can correct sizes for rings (only if the ring can be resized) for an additional fee for shipping and resizing.

Steps to Return

In order to insure proper care of the valuable jewelry please follow these steps:

Place item in its original jewelry box or pouch. Put all protective packaging such as bubble wrap, copy of receipt, any accompanying paper or certificates inside the package.

Use a new cardboard shipping box, place contents inside where they don't rattle and then seal. VERY IMPORTANT: Securely wrap outside of box with paper mailing tape.

Do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

The safest method of shipping is to use REGISTERED MAIL through the Postal Service. Fully insure the package for full value and request a return receipt.

After we receive the package, we carefully inspect the item to verify condition. We will then notify you that we have received it and promptly issue a refund, credit or exchange, whichever you request

WARRANTIES



DIAMOND WARRANTY

All diamonds purchased through Rodeo Jewelers are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All are authentic, genuine and have a consistently high quality and value.  Warranty covers all manufacturers’ defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.  Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than Rodeo Jewelers will render this warranty null and void.

JEWELRY WARRANTY

All fine jewelry purchased from Rodeo Jewelers are warranted for thirty (30) days from date of shipment.  All fine jewelry is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value.  All gold jewelry is either 14K or 18K gold and our silver is sterling. Warranty covers all manufacturers’ defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.  Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than Rodeo Jewelers will render this warranty null and void.
